I had a short stay in ED then on a ward recently. I found all staff to be fantastic.
I really want to thank you so much with the treatment I received from your hospital I arrived at triage the following day after doing a swan dive out of my caravan landing on a After numerous X-rays and meeting Chris Orthopaedic dept I needed surgery What I really needed to state that there was NO ageism that I have dealt with other hospitals previous hospitals
From the moment they rang me to confirm my appointment in the cardio unit to the moment I finally left the hospital, I had wonderful interactions with all of the staff, including the admin, nursing staff (brilliant) and drs/surgeons (phenomenal). I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of care that I received and the wonderfully empathetic nature of all of the staff.
This place is the biggest joke up this end of the mid north coast 2nd time there In as many weeks an had these clowns making jokes an pull there BS sence of humour let's see how funny it is nexttime someone goes through this place an is in worse shape then I rocked up I think from now on if I require urgent treatment I'll ring the bloody vet at least the take there job seriously this place is a stand up comedy bar at best I don't know how this place gets run but if it's from the same people who call them selfs doctors an nur... read more
