absolutely disgusting treatment at day surgery today. the nurse was arrogant and the theatre staff weren't much better; they really need to grow up. This is my 3rd terrible experience there, last time i got a throat infection from people standing in front of a no smoking sign nxt to the fracture clinic doors and the time before that i was abused and bullied by staff and security for not wearing a mask during covid when i had a doctor's exemption. In not great circumstances I'm so glad I had the fortune to come here. Thank you so much for taking care of me tonight and all the others that found themselves in emergency. Thanks especially to Dr Ben, Lizzy, Allana and Cory. You made me feel cared for and safe which means everything in these situations. I cant say I'm looking forward to returning tomorrow but I know I'll be in good hands. Thankyou Dr Ben especially for being so diligent to get to the bottom of it.
Thank you ward 2C staff for the professional care and great outcome from the surgery I recived. Special thanks to Goldie and Wayne for their paitients in my time of need. Peter and Sam for his great handi work in theatre and Robin for not letting me know till it was all over.
Just like to say a big thankyou to all the staff at Port Base Hospital who gave me very reassuring and professional care when I was admitted last week .
