Call about warranty / extended coverage. Person answered saying if over 36,000 miles, no coverage. WRONG. Had service contract, call about contract and they won't pay not even partially because I didn't get pre-approved. So who is responsible and should not a good company help their customers. Deceptive "Bait and Switch" Tactics and Hostile Management. I am writing this review to warn other buyers—especially those traveling from out of town—about the deceptive practices at Port Lavaca Ford. I'd give zero stars if possible, stop soliciting people with bad deals!!!!
My wife and I went to the dealership to test drive an Expedition Max, so we could decide if we wanted a Suburban or Expedition Max. They had one used one and one new one that was still in transit mode with all the protective plastic on the inside. It supposedly had just gotten off the truck that morning. We finally ended up test driving both, which took forever.
