Don’t bother to come, they don’t respect your time. I had blood work done and was denied access to my own results until they reviewed them. Unnecessary delays and poor transparency.
Im from Bay City, but my sons pediatrician of 14 yrs is out of Wharton so now that I moved here to Port Lavaca, I use this clinic for small things. As for the physicians & nurses… I can not complain one bit. I started coming here as a new patient - mainly to get my menopause related hormone prescription renewed. Both the practitioner and the doctor refused to listen to me. I’ve had 2 visits over the past 6 weeks and I still can’t get a refill. Leigh Falcon was more than happy to write an RX for an extremely expensive weight loss medication but not the low dose hormone I’ve been on for almost a year. Just a complete lack of communication between doctors, staff, and patients. Went for a physical with emphasis on cholesterol, Blood pressure, and thyroid production. 3 weeks later, I have yet to speak with the dr about my results. His “assistant” called, but couldn’t answer basic questions about medication, or the results. Messages asking for a call from the dr have gone unanswered. Look elsewhere, I am.
