I had my wife’s spark plugs changed in her 2024 Chevy Trax. I did not have an appt, but Erica understood my dilemma and managed to get me in. Erica said it would be awhile, but just 45 minutes later my wife’s vehicle was finished and I was heading down the Road. Great job, in and out. A+
The service department is absolutely the worst thing I have ever delt with. My car has been there 3 weeks with no answers, no accountability, managers constantly out of office, no calls back for updates.

Editing to add: After 6 years this little blue car has over 100,000 miles and is still running strong and healthy! We've always kept the oil changed and we've replaced the tires twice, but cannot complain about the Spark or about Chevrolet quality !
