If there was a place to give no stars I would. The ladies at the desk are rude. They were rude when I call then to my face they were rude. Dismiss me with a big sigh when I said I had to set up and other appointment. I want to give her time to make the 1st one and not rush her. Then she got even more rude. At one point I want to take my grandmother and leave. I think I might have to change drs even know I like the drs. Do Not Go To the Port Jervis office . Beware the professional is not that from the front desk people.
Doctors and nurses are great. The call service is terrible!
