We just experienced the 45-minute guided meditation in the Salt Cave and felt well rested and rejuvenated. We also did the 20-minute foot detox with meditation, and it was very cleansing. A nice natural way to decompress. They have other services for holistic health and wellness.
I found my first visit to your salt cave very relaxing. I was in a party of five and we each enjoyed the experience.

The only complaints that I have include the fact that I was not told to bring socks when I scheduled my appointment, then there were technical difficulties with the meditation track, so that made it very difficult to relax. However, the staff was very accommodating and sweet and the cave is a very relaxing environment! I felt the effects of the salt even after leaving the cave. I don't know if I'd go back just for the salt therapy because of how expensive one 45 minute session is, but I would definitely recommend it to other... read more
