The PJ Salt cave wa such a zen experience. The owner even explained to my group about the meanings of what they experienced during their mediatation. I highly recommend this if you're looking for clarity and calmness.
Definitely a great place to meditate. My first time here & it won’t be my last. The owner is wonderful, taking the time to explain products and services. Great atmosphere. If you’re looking to destress, this is the place.

I had my first cryotherapy treatment session on my leg to treat pain: I have a shattered ankle, severe RSD and very painful neuromas. Before we started the treatment my ankle was pretty swollen and my pain level was between a 5 and 6. I completely fell I love with the salt cave as soon as I walked in! The energy is so powerful, uplifting, and healing in addition to all the benefits you get from the salt cave itself. The people there are angels and you will leave feeling divine bliss!! Definitely worth checking out and making a part of your wellness routine ��
I decided to do a private event to treat my staff at the cave. Marcy and Rich were super accommodating, they provided a beautiful space where we had refreshments, a tour of the facility and and informative explaination of all the benefits of the salt. Marcy gave us a group sound healing and meditation inside the actual cave and it was incredible. I have never slept better in my life. Went into salt cave w a few friends on Sat. Staff was friendly and welcoming. On Sunday, Did the John of God bed and foot salt detox, very enjoyable. Going to try cryotherapy in a couple weeks. Can't wait to go back!
