It has been over 7 weeks and still no glass has been replaced. We have called countless times and when they say they will call back they do not return the call, both of the office people we have spoken to have no clue what is going on. Lilly is useless and never does what she says when she tells you she will call back, she will not I assure you. I dropped off a picture to have glass put in the frame yesterday. When I got there, I realized my frame that I brought from home was a dark green. I commented out loud that I wished it were black. It was a metal frame. Holly and her co-worker looked at it and between the two of them decided they would spray it black for me. They called this morning and it was done already! Now that's great customer service! I picked it up and am very pleased with it. Thank you!
better customer service. A girl named Holly is rude with customers. Then was told she is the office manager. Give the 6 Months to a Year before closing there doors unless some management changes happen fast.
A phone call would be nice when you tell a customer you will be there between 11 and 2 and nobody shows up or calls, that's pretty terrible customer service. I have a very busy schedule and I stayed home for three hours waiting for you to show up.
Port Huron Auto Glass owner has a grandson who wants to go flying into their place of business across the street from a bus stop for summer school with my child there. It was saw by more then one person, the guy that followed him said he easily clocked him at over 100 mph. Yes it was addressed with the grandson and another employee in the store. Great customer service, and fantastic team doing the install. Professional from start to finish. If you need anything done with your window's, call them first. Don't even waste time calling anyone else!!
