The best allergist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel like he took me seriously. He didn’t rush my appointment by any means. We were able to really get good answers about potentially having MCAS. He was super attentive and made me feel like he has genuine care for his patients. They are a very busy clinic but it’s well worth the wait. My first visit was very long ~2.5 hours (they give you a heads up about how long it’ll be). I would highly recommend this allergist!!
First and foremost, Dr Saad is fantastic! His PA is also wonderful. The medical assistant who administors the shots has been absolutely awful. The first encounter I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so gave her grace and carried on. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th were the exact same, if not, worse. I walked in to let her know that I was there and she says in her rude condescending tone," yeah I see you" (with basically an eye roll). Dr Saad is fantastic, as well as his office staff. Great experience with them! However, the lady who administers the shots, was extremely condescending (and kept yawning) as she was trying to explain my shot schedule. Not friendly nor professional. They could do much better filling her spot!
If I could give this place more than five stars I would. From Dr.Saad to the office staff, my experience here was very pleasant. Being a first time, mom can be very scary, and Dr. Saad made me feel heard and took all my questions seriously. Highly recommend.
Hands down this is the doctor to see if you have any allergies or any type of skin disease not only is he the doctor to see he is the man this office has done things for me that no other doctor's office could do I am so blessed to have met Dr Saad and his clinical staff thank you for everything that you do the most caring and compassionate staff you will ever meet Chrissy Angie Lisa autumn they are the best
