I love the counseling group but I don't like the supervisor Paula who said that it was not there responsibility for me to get help when I went there to get into a program from moving to NC also the Dr tried saying I didn't attend my groups which I did it's not my fault they closed due to the snow and the message is to treat the whole person and they will not prescribe any other medications according to Paula and they don't listen to your needs and they treat you like a addict n not a human being especially Paula if you work ... read more
Had been going since 2020 and told them I was gonna lose my insurance for a month so I'd call when I got it fixed. Instead of waiting they dropped me as patient and said id have to take and assment again before i could make and appointment for meds. I've been without my meds over 4 months now because every time I make an appointment it's 2 months out. I missed my last appointment because my uncle unexcusedly passed away the night before after waiting 2 months. I called they said I had to wait another 2 months to be seen. now... read more
I absolutely adore my therapist Nicole. From the get go, she made me feel comfortable and heard. I would recommended her to anyone that needs a safe place to talk. As for the other reviews about this place - I’ve heard the front desk workers on the phone and in office with patients often. They are kind, caring, and try their best. A lot of the patients are rude, demanding, and don’t take no for an answer. I understand that they sometimes need to be abrupt and firm to get their answer across. If I could leave 0 stars, I would..I’m incredibly disappointed with the mental health facility I visited recently. I had waited for over a month for my appointment, only to be told upon arrival that it had to be rescheduled because the provider I was supposed to see had called out. As soon as I walked in, the employees were engaged in irrelevant side conversations, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere.
