This was my first time trying therapy, and unfortunately, my experience was perplexing and disappointing. I was assigned to a therapist who showed a lack of care and self-awareness. Throughout our session, he frequently picked up his phone to type and text, which made me feel unheard and unimportant. Additionally, I was questioned with an intern present. I would never ever recommend this place it is horrible..they don't listen and made me feel uncomfortable and sad...That woman said I gotta be honest I thought you was gonna fail your drug test...really by looking at me? I pass with flying colors and she was shocked that's what you get for judging I don't like that place and I will be changing...they do judge you evening tho they say they don't cause that woman judge me by saying I was gonna fail my drug test

I only came here after reading the bad reviews bc my NP referred me here but in 3 visits (assessment, physiatrist, and “therapy”) I can honestly say there is a LACK of sense of urgency from the front desk, lack of empathy from staff, and the overall atmosphere sucks. Don’t go here fr it’s a waste of time
