Needs some property maintenance and this owner has failed to return the deposit my late father paid. I cleared out the unit last month and notified him. I have reported him to the state, supplied correct documentation and he doesn’t follow correct RCW laws in state of Washington. I will be emailing this man further documentation as well tomorrow.
