Called to ask a manager about covid safety procedures before I placed my to-go order for our anniversary and Janet answered and kept me on hold for over 10 min so I hung up and called back and she said “I don’t know what it is your looking for ? Wel have to call you back because we’re busy.” That is NOT how you treat a concerned guest whatsoever! I was really looking forward to trying this place - not any more !!?

Hi Janelle, I am really sorry to hear about this experience, this is certainly not the impression we wish to impose on our guests. All of our staff wear masks at all times. We temperature check before and during shifts. They also wear gloves which are frequently changed and changed between guest interactions as well as frequent hand washing and sanitizing. We only offer curbside pick up or Delivery.
