Dr. Austen was the OB doctor when I was recently in the hospital, and I was honestly so impressed with her. She was incredibly personable, attentive, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything and how seriously she took all of my concerns. She ordered additional tests to make sure everything was okay and never dismissed anything I brought up. Dr Pabani is great, although I never get to see him anymore. Only the nurse practitioners. The front desk is another story. For the past year, every time I call for an appointment I get the third degree. They want to know why I need the appointment and then they decide whether or not I get to see the doctor. Sometimes they book an appointment 2 months away, and sometimes they just tell me to go somewhere else. I have had to go to walk-in clinics and emergency rooms to get the help I need even though Dr Pabani has been my fam... read more

Dr. Austin is wonderful. She asks the right questions and most importantly, she listens. The whole office is friendly and efficient. Phone messages are answered and I always leave feeling respected as a patient.
