Dr. Austin is wonderful. She asks the right questions and most importantly, she listens. The whole office is friendly and efficient. Phone messages are answered and I always leave feeling respected as a patient.
I appreciate being able to reach the receptionist more often than not. In addition, when I do reach her, she is courteous, asks the questions respectfully and is genuine. I don’t feel like a number. She provides me with a quick turnaround when she needs to call me back.
I absolutely love the doctors here, Dr. Pabani is wonderful; but the Receptionist can never answer my questions in a timely manner. I called Monday with some questions and was told they would call me back, they never did. I called Wednesday and they said they would call me back and they never did. It is now Friday and my questions have still not been answered and their office is now closed. I'm almost in my third trimester of pregnancy and don't have this kind of time to waste.
