Spent 2 great weeks at Dort Douglas, staying at the Peninsula Boutique Hotel. The location of my second floor apartment had stunning views overlooking Four Mile Beach and Coral Sea. Waking up each morning to view out to Coral Sea and going to sleep at night to the sea breeze and sound of ocean waves breaking on the Four Mile Beach was both stunning and restfull. Très belle vue sur la Four Miles Beach. L'accueil et le ''check in'' ont été professionnels et sympathiques. La chambre est très grande avec un coin séjour et une salle de bain de belle taille équipée d'une douche et d'une grande baignoire. Bien que de petite taille, le jardin (avec piscine et jacuzzi) est agencé en petites terrasses intimes très agréables. C'est un hôtel dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisirs.
This place was amazing! Thought we were just getting a room but got an actual apartment to our suprise! Pool was heated which was lovely as the weather was cooler...the spa was right outside our room which was handy. On arrival we were given a drink and refresher towel which we havent had in australia at all before only overseas. They had guest laundries for free and ice machines!! Breakfast was lovely everyday and being adults only was a massive yes for us!! Also right on the beach! Will definately be booking here again!
Located in a top location, opposite the beach and at the beginning of the best shopping street in Port Douglas. Everything at our fingertips. A pleasant welcome at reception who help with ideas for in and around our area. Very attentive to our needs. Hotel facilities were top clean and well presented. A full-sized kitchen gave plenty of options for either eating in or going to a restaurant or even using the BBQs on the beach.
