Claire was an absolute legend. As a new patient visiting from interstate I was trying to make an appointment. I spoke to seven different clinics in Cairns and was treated like a Leper. Claire was friendly, helpful, professional, and even helped to arrange the procedure to follow the appointment. Thank you! Fantastic customer service and very much appreciated.

Waited over 45 minutes and required to pay $90 for a child's appointment. No bulk billing and not even Medicare facilities to claim rebate. Seem to be taking advantage of tourists and people away from home who require medical attention. When we finally saw the doctor he was fantastic...but the clinic overall was disappointing.
