One star rating is being way too kind to them. From seeing a used car for sale on their website, we drove from Michigan to take a look at it. Their website states "Each model for sale in our pre-owned inventory has been thoroughly vetted by the expert technicians in our Ford service center". Doug, the salesperson said to take it for a drive. So we did. The brakes were very bad, never grabbed and we rolled to a stop.
