The worst realty company I have ever had the misfortune to have to use to rent out an apt. When the roof in my bedroom caved in, on a cold march night, they threatened to kick us out if we didn't pay the full rent and did nothing to accommodate. Took them weeks to get it fixed too. Then when we were moving out, we left mattresses underneath the back stairs, and explained that we were going to be picking them up.
