This is not a local company. There main office is in Maine. They have raised the rent to 1200 even when there's another building on 10th and Castle going for 975. It's the same builder and layout of the pearl. Port properties LLC well lie about the security cameras. They do not work. Amber sent me a email saying it's not there issue. Even after we had 3 cars broken into. Port properties doesn't care about Wilmington of its people.
