At first, eager for my business. 10days go by before they remembered me. Set up appointment, spent 30mins taking measurements and told office would draw up reliefs (my term) and email them. Week goes by, texted; two days later, I’m promised plans within 3 days. Nope. Two days later, texted again. Nothing. Four days after promised, one more text to see what was going on. Have not heard back.

Port City Kitchen & Bath, I am soo happy that I found you guys when I moved here from Pennsylvania to South Carolina and started a construction company! We do a lot of kitchens and bathrooms. Since we do i purchase all of my cabinets through them. Amber and Jessica are great to work with! I highly recommend the professional, prompt & friendly staff at Port City Kitchen & Bath. We renovated our kitchen, spare & master bathrooms using cabinetry and hardware ordered here and our experience was wonderful! From our initial contact with Jessica & Amber, through design, ordering, delivery and the install process they were always extremely responsive & helpful and the products are a high quality (and reasonably priced)! Port City Kitchen and Bath was suppose to replace our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry including countertops. We were promised that the whole kitchen renovation project will take one week. Instead we were out of our kitchen for 3 month. The main reason for that was a breach of contract on the countertops. The Port City seems to not really installing or manufacturing anything.
