Preemptively leaving a 5 star review because the ones at the beach are always amazing. QUESTION: is this one open to the public (non-student, mom of 3, desperately in need of caffeine and desperately in need of Port City Java)??? Also, if open to the public, where is the best place to park?

Great staff! Food at port city Java is going downhill however. They discontinued spinach and tomatoes?! The heck? No more healthy options…I do like that they still have fruit smoothies with real fruit being used but they are getting rid of too many items. They also no longer have med veg wraps..
