my husband ordered a mocha shake but got a mochacino. He wanted cold drink but got hot. could not tell the guy preparing the drink any different. He said the mocha shake is now called the mocha freeze. Om dude read your menu. Never been so frustrated to get a coffee. The guy was not interested in making it right. Starbucks next time
