I had older hearing aids which were not functioning up to par. They took the time to adjust them, explaining everything along the way. Absolutely top notch,.I’ll never go anywhere else again

I have nothing but amazing things to say about port city hearing. Kris has taken such good care of me. He went well above and beyond for me. He really cares about each and every person that comes in and takes the time you need to make everything as good as it possibly could be. I will be recommending Port City Hearing to everyone I know. I was at first a reluctant hearing aid wearer. Kris was very patient and professional as he worked through a number of options and solutions. After proposing the best solution, I can say, I am now I would not go back. I have gotten back what I was missing. Getting started with Kris was the first step in better quality of life. I would without hesitation recommend Port City Hearing.

I was having hearing issues. Had the owner (Kris Rookey) check me out. He found some hearing loss in one ear. The other had more but he felt it was from a infection or blockage. He recommended I check with my Dr. At no point did he try to sell me something I did not need right now. He said the hearing loss was not to the point he would recommend an aid. Honesty goes a long way with me, hard to find these days.
