I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Kris was incredibly kind, patient, personable and informative about all of the testing he completed. He programmed my hearing aids so that for the first time in 2.5 years I am hearing the way I am meant to hear with these aids! Angela is amazing! What a blessing to have this practice in Oswego. Chris and his staff are personable and kind. It’s a relief to see a healthcare facility truly care about another person/their community. I scheduled an ear wax removal appt and after examination, Chris was honest with me stating that I did not need any of his services then to add to my surprise, he didn’t charge me a penny and refused to take any payment. He wasn’t upset or brash that I had essentially wasted his time but instead, was very sincere. Thank you guys!
Went in today and was greeted by name at reception. The whole appointment was done in 10 minutes, fixing an ear plug I’ve had for weeks. Great place to go if you’re in need of anything hearing related!
