someone who drives a vehicle with the work logo on it should not be driving aggressively and attempting to cause accidents. Jerry is lucky my 2 year old niece was not in my brothers car. you should be ashamed of yourself Jerry. my family has not done a thing to you and now car cams will be placed so the next time you pull that stunt a lawyer will be called. that is unprofessional and uncalled for.
Had an issue with a commercial door. After calling around I was told over a month to have it looked at by other glass companies. Port City showed up in an hour, got my door fixed. Can not recommend them enough.
I asked Jerry to fix a basement window that the glass was broken in. I was out in the yard a few weeks later looking around and realized the window was fixed as I had no idea he already fixed the window. Had to call him to ask when he fixed it and he said, I did that two days after you asked me. Thanks Jerry for your great service and quick response!

Port City Glass arrived less than an hour after I called. They kept our school safe by replacing a window that had met it's demise from a neighborhood rock. AND THEN the company owner took it upon himself to clean up the glad shards in our art room. Unprecedented!
I have very old windows with the rope & pulley system. Last year the ropes broke, causing one of the windows to fall and breaking the glass. I lived with it all winter until I thought to call Port City Glass. Jerry came right out and fixed both the glass and the rope system. I can't even believe the difference. Amazing service restoring old windows!
WOW! That was fast and efficient. I had a problem with my mirrors rubbing together and chipping at the edges. Jerry came up with a solution to prevent further damage and now they look great. Thanks Jerry. Your service was beyond expectations.
