Gregory Maley has been incredible to work with! From the beginning of our home selling process he has been professional, knowledgeable, and a fierce advocate for our family’s needs. Gregory has been managing our rental for a year now, and he's been great. Not only did he prep the place for new tenants in a timely manner, his pricing is unbeatable. He's highly responsive, answering any inquiry I have within an hour generally, although I haven't had many inquiries because he's taking care of all of the details for me--I just get the rent deposited into my account each month!
In good faith, I have retracted my prior review and have concluded the issue was my lack of understanding of the check check web-application and how it links back to Gregory's system that shows responses to the credit check. I simply didn't know Gregory could not tell I submitted the credit application. Neither did Gregory know that I really filled out and paid for the credit check. End of the day, we paid $100 for credit checks and Gregory moved on to the next renter.
