Very unprofessional staff asked for an estimate and the guy was like it’s going to be expensive. So I asked you for an estimate let me decide if it is expensive. Actually was a repeat customer but totally thought that was an inappropriate comment....like do I look poor.
I got rear ended unfortunately and took my truck to Port City Collision and they did an amazing job and completely detailed my truck. I was so amazed when I got into my truck. Looks like they washed and waxed the outside and completely detailed the inside. From being in a rental for two weeks and then getting into my spotless truck I’ll give them five stars just for that. And the repair is impeccable.I cannot find any problems. My truck looks brand new. Five stars
Great experience with Port City Collision! They repaired my Yukon after I struck a yellow post in an out of town hospital parking deck. They handled everything seamlessly so I could focus on my daughter's care in the hospital. They even negotiated with the insurance company to make sure my after market ceramic paint coating was replaced at no additional cost to me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. 👍

I have been here a couple times. They are always very friendly and helpful. Quick and reliable. They will help handle the insurance side of things. I was amazed when I picked up my car the first time and saw they had detailed it inside and out. It was a nice surprise. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend them!!!

Top Notch Company. Needed a bumper replaced. They had me come by to get the exact match of the paint.Once they received my bumper and painted it, they had me come by and drop it off to replace my damaged bumper. It takes a few hours because it's not just a snap on piece. Anyways, when I returned to pick up my Jeep, I didn't even recognize it.
