06 jeep wrangler had a broken ignition actuator pin (very common on this model). Port City told me i'd have to replace my whole steering column for over $700 (just parts). youtube + amazon + $35 + 25 min of my time & i replaced just the actuator pin and avoided being taken for a ride by this dishonest service center. Shame on you Port City Chrysler. Never again & spreading the word.
Port City Chrysler Dodge Ram convinced us we were getting a great deal, but then tacked $5000 in verbal trade in agreement back onto our loan. Thanks! If our goal was to pay $18k for a $13k car, you would have helped us out. Too bad we got screwed instead.

I'm very disappointed with Chrysler and this dealership! my town & Country is only 2 years old (a 2016) and my transmission died. Because I am 1500 miles past the warranty they will not help me at all with the transmission. it is costing me $4,000 to have it fixed. I can't believe they didn't even offer to split the cost. Like I said, I'm very disappointed and will not go back to this dealership again nor will I ever recommend them. my transmission should not be breaking down after only 2 years. Very responsive to my request and thorough follow up
They told us to put our stock wheels and tires on the truck we were trading in because they didn't want our aftermarket ones. We did and after we pulled in to get our new 2019 RAM they said that they wanted both sets of tires or $1000.00 to offset the cost of them. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
