Purchased a lovely 2019 Pacifica last Saturday. It died at a stop light in Dover and had to be towed to the nearest Chrysler per the manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately it is now a Sunday and they are closed, and Port City has refused a loaner vehicle until they open Monday. "Call me if you need anything," they said. I am not impressed and will not recommend this dealership.

Highly recommended. Bought a 2019 ram there, no pressure, no bs. I maybe spent a total of an hour inside the dealership. Jeremy was as nice, professional, and knowledgeable as could be.
