I HIGHLY recommend using Port City Bedding. They have great options! I am extremely happy with the mattress that I purchased. Amazing customer service! Frank was very helpful throughout this process. We called and he was able to meet us same day. He even helped my dad load the mattress into the truck. Talk about above & beyond!!!! He made this process so easy & so worth it.

Frank was great! Really friendly and down to earth, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for, I was in and out within 30 min and had the bed in my house within the hour. Great price, great service, highly recommend!

Genuinely in shock at how comfortable and phenomenal quality my mattress is from here. Walked in today and Frankie was exceptional-- as someone who is extremely picky with their beds (plush only please!!!) they had a great selection. Frankie delivered my mattress to my apartment immediately after purchasing and couldn't have made this process any smoother. I didn't lift a finger. Was very impressed with their kind customer service. My husband and I had been searching for a new mattress and box spring but everything was so expensive. We contacted Port City and Frank met us at the warehouse within the hour and thoroughly went over pricing and details for each type of mattress. He was patient and helped us decide what would be best for our budget. We left very happy customers!!

My wife and I called port city bedding for an appointment. I thought it would be next day or so, nope when this man says 24/7 he means it. Frank met us within 45 minutes of our call. Great customer service, great product, at low low prices.
