Same experience as other reviews, bogus repairs with no references and says it’s private information, biased opinions vs listed stats, late on every dead line, calls tidewater to save his own time.
So quick, professional and thorough! They went above and beyond to help me as I was facing a deadline to get an appraisal done. Very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!!!
Stay far away from this guy. We were supposed to close before Christmas and he waited until the last minute to do the appraisal and then had to be forced to turn it in. Messed everyone’s Christmas up and displaced both families and caused closing to be delayed for weeks. His appraisal was low on an already deal of a house and he doesn’t believe a 4th bedroom adds value. I could go on but bottom line is I hope that nobody has to deal with what we did. Cost me a lot of time, money, and ruined Christmas for several families. FY... read more
