I have been extremely impressed with the customer service of each person I have dealt with at Erie in regards to a recent car issue- helpful, knowledgeable, compassionate and very kind! I haven't been with Port Cities that long, but I was with them through buying a house! With everything thing else being extremely stressful. The insurance end wasn't Matt took care of everything all I had to do was call down. He even had to rewrite every thing cause who knew you can't close a house on President's day... All in all it has been awesome the way they take care of their clients!!!
