So last week I found out that my wife’s mask was never ordered although it was fitted two weeks prior. Another week has gone by. No response from the business no mask no nothing think it’s strictly Medicare fraud. It’s gotta be the people there have no concern for customers whatsoever. This place sucks.
One of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with my wife was fitted for a mask over two weeks ago. Still not received so went to check today and was told by the representative to call the resupply company and find out what’s going on. Called them and was told it was never ordered. When I went back to the office she had the nerve to say “I will send you the emails that I sent them” and wanted to forward them to me.
