I am so very happy with our purchase of a used vehicle for my mother. I stopped by to look at cars and was initially assisted by Juan Olivo. He was super helpful and set us up with a few vehicles to view in our price range. We drove a Chevy Equinox 2011 and really liked it. Called them to find out how to get my radio/navigation back to work after losing power and was told that they are busy and can't tell me now and I need to wait in line for that or make an appointment. I was on the road and could not wait. I've lost directions and had to figure out how to get where I was going. I also didn't remember address. Next day I learned that all I had to do is to press power button for 2 seconds. I wish they had better knowledge of their product.

These guys are top notch! My husband and I were taking a Sunday to drive around the lots thinking they would all be closed so that we could get an idea of what we wanted. I am a woman who wanted to look at cars today and went to this place as I have a Honda already and like it. I was on my own and the salesmen ignored me. A few spoke to tell me they were busy but they didn't have any customers they were helping. One told me to come back in a few hours. I think if you are a woman you might as well forget this place.
