Took me 2 and a half months to make an appointment for my 3 children to be seen the same day because I live 45 min away. I get there and they tell me I only have an appointment for 1 and the other 2 missed their appointment 2 days prior. I would never make 2 separate appointments within 2 days. Made an appointment. Was called the day before to tell me dentist wouldnt be available so had to reschedule a month out. Then i was lied to when we got to our appointment that I was called, emailed, and texted for a reminder and to bring my sons birth cert… for a dental office. No such call, email or text received.
