I recently purchased this home on 1/12/2024 when I moved in there was no hot water cracks in the doors sunlight coming in chip s in the ceramic tile. The concrete holding g well equipment was crooked. The concrete coming in to the garage is crumbling the stucco is chipped and need paint and internal there is drywall and paint flaws the cracks plumbing was not put together upon installation and pipes leak.
