POOR COMMUNICATION & MISMANAGEMENT OF DIAGNOSIS I attended the clinic for symptoms that looked like tonsillitis. I was prescribed 14 days of penicillin based on those symptoms. A swab was then done and I was told to take them unless contacted that my results were negative. I called multiple times (at least 5) to speak to a nurse and receive the results. Don't have your bloods taken from this place unprofessional and incompetent pathology nurse deliberately wiggled and jiggled the syringe to puncture the vein and make it bleed when I deliberately asked her not to leave a bruise she made fun of me in front of other staff and clientele I stormed out in disgust small town small mind this does not end here
