Extremely run down property, they took my deposit quickly, showed me a different apartment, there's so much work needed there , internally and externally , the advertising for this property is totally false ads. The manager refused to return my $350 on the spot, said she had already put it in the safe, I'm like this is ridiculous! We/I specifically told her we need that deposit back immediately to place on a better apartment, she asked for a forwarding address to send it and would not say how long it would take.
