I have lived in Port Arthur Park for over a year.The previous manager was just taking work order and nothing was getting fixed. I must say since being under new management things have really turn around its quite & cleaner .The new manager & maintenance crew are very polite and productive and repairs are finally getting done. Thank you for making these apartments safer and cleaner.
This is an excellent place to live. It is the best value in town. Safe, Clean & friendly. No cock roaches like some of the other places I saw.
