I've been attending this clinic for the last 3 years. Staff are lovely, they bulk bill and Dr Sultana is very attentive, thorough and informed with women's health. As with all clinics, appointments run late - i call 15mins before my appointment to gauge how the doctor is tracking. I find this saves my time in having to sit in the waiting room for long periods.
Doctors always turning up late ,it has a massive knock on effect on people like myself who have to leave work to come to an appointment only to be told there are 3 people infront of me when I should be in seeing the doctor .

I’ve just been to Port Plaza Medical and was very wary, given the one-star reviews. But I had a great experience. Reception super helpful and kind, and Dr Sultana was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Waited 30 mins to be seen, which I reckon is about standard - and nowhere near the 60-90 mins I expected after reading reviews. I’m happy to return, based on my first visit. And amazing to be bulk billed, too. It’s also in a handy location in Port Plaza, with chemist nearby and train too. I should say this is a 4-star... read more
