Busy clinic but looked after very well. Some waiting. All staff are friendly and professional.
On hold for almost 9 minutes to enquire about a telehealth consultation which was booked for 0930 and now 1130. Frustrating.
Staff are friendly. The All 4 Drs are good. They listen to you explaining what you have come to see them for. They don't dismiss what you are trying describe, the symptoms you have been having. If you need an X-ray or Ultrasound or blood works done, they will provide the forms for it. If they recommend you see a Specialist, they fax the paperwork to the said Dr/Specialist of whom you need to make an appointment to see.
Reception lady is so rude and not the right person to work in the hospitality. I have been a customer for my GP for a long time. I will move to other GP now.
I am concerned about the lack of privacy when the reception staff are loud on the phone. Ehile sittibg there waiting, a call was received and the person on the phone wanted to speak with Dr., the receptionist phoned the Dr. and mentioned the patients full name, detail of the male patients medical condition, his recent release from hospital, his mental health response in response to prescribed medication.
