Reception staff was so rude normally they are polite but today the lady was so rude.
Reception staff are SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! Doctors have no care, get you in and out as fast as they can!!! SO RUDE!!! Had a phone consult at 3:30pm which is the only time I could do and the doctor calls me at 6:03pm (after hours) and I couldn’t call back cause they were closed! WHATS THE POINT!!! And not to mention, I had a female dr to talk about personal things and was getting laughed at and the care was NOT THERE!! Got shrugged off…

They Think it’s a big joke turning patients into pill habit people. Dr Julu has been giving me Temaze for 10 years now and she denies me today because I stood up for myself with the receptionist who was rude to me and talking about me when I was getting my feet done.
