I am concerned about the lack of privacy when the reception staff are loud on the phone. Ehile sittibg there waiting, a call was received and the person on the phone wanted to speak with Dr., the receptionist phoned the Dr. and mentioned the patients full name, detail of the male patients medical condition, his recent release from hospital, his mental health response in response to prescribed medication.

I took my 20-month-old boy to see Dr Khan for a skin check. The doctor did not check him properly and only said “I don’t know,” but still prescribed antibiotics and cream without a clear diagnosis. A few hours later another doctor confirmed it was chickenpox. I feel very disappointed with this experience. As a parent, I expect a careful examination and proper advice, especially for a young child.

Doctors were helpful. I booked online & confirmed the time for 1:10 pm, I Arrived 1pm. Got seen at 2pm Be aware for this if you are booking doctors in lunch breaks from work.

Had been calling all morning, for over an hour no answer I’ve got the call log. I walked in there and 2 lady’s at front desk with no one around and once phones were ringing they both were answering. Why didn’t my call get picked up yet was calling for an hour. Wasn’t even busy a hand full of people most of them wanting bloods done.
