I bought a large ticket item for my husbands birthday. The owner never mentioned the return policy, it was never listed on the receipt and it was never posted in the shop. He refused a return stating that his return policy was clear when it absolutely was not. There's nothing worse then having a poor first experience in a store and then feeling tricked and obligated to give somebody your business because they have your money already. I'd list this as one of the worst stores in the area off this experience.
