A great buying experience at Porsche Wilmington! The entire staff has accommodated me in every way possible. Chandler Deal, salesman has done an outstanding job and took his time explaining everything to me. It’s been many years since I have owned 911’s so I was eager to be brought up to speed. Chandler was awesome as was Chad, Sales Mgr and Chris in the business department, and of course the service department. Detailing was flawless. This is a wonderful staff!
Worked with Chandler Deal to order my 911. We used the Porsche configurator at the dealership to build the 911. He was very knowledgeable explaining all the options. The dealership has physical samples of many Items.This made the selections process easier. After placing the order, he kept me updated on the status of the vehicle from manufacturing, shipping and finally delivery. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I will definitely use Chandler and Porsche Wilmington again in the future.
Absolute 5-star experience from start to finish. Michael G (sales) and Chris H (finance) are rockstars. This was my first time dipping my toe into the water of an out of state car deal. The last car I bought 8 years ago (different city, brand, and dealer), I went through the lovely bait and switch of agreeing to numbers, and then the following day getting the whole "oh sorry my manager went into my desk and took the keys and sold it."
