About three weeks ago,My Under warranty 911 Carrera S had bogged down on the highway so I called them Up Urgently for them to tow the car as it said to get it towed, Not to drive it. Never heard back. Then this past week, the battery went dead, so once charged up, a lot of warning lights, etc. Top wouldn't go down. innodrive Was the only thing that didn't work after I disconnected and reconnected the charge charged battery To "reboot" it. Had a Great experience at Porsche West Palm Beach. I needed my 2nd key programmed, and Joe Chevres, my service advisor was awesome . He made me feel that he cared, & the extra trip that was needed worth it. He is a Great asset to the company.
