My first visit with my Macan S under CPO, it exceeded my expectations, Luana was very profesional and knowledgeable excellent service advisor and very attentive. I had ask to meet Chris Moberg the general manager, even though he was at a different service location, he took the time to come and meet with me. I live in Miami but driving there is well worth it. First class service.
I think this is the best Porsche center in Miami area. We live near The Collection, but I would never take my 911 there again. Porsche West Broward all the way. Always on time, return a clean car, every advisor is polite and kind.

Porsche West Broward Service Department shines!!! I was there last week to get my car checked as there was a delay in the ignition. The problem was resolved immediately without delays. My Service Manager Jenry is awesome as always! He communicated with me that I can avail of the loaner the following day as it was not available the day I came to have my car diagnosed and dropped off.
