The service itself was great, but the online support isn’t. I wasn’t sure which one to pick so I sent an email and called, both led to canned responses saying their team was actively working on my request and will get back to me asap. I guess which service to pick for the yearly maintenance was a question so tough that they had to take two weeks and even now still haven’t gotten back to me.

Excellent service! Honored my free 1 year service even though I missed the window by a few weeks. They even sent me a video of the state inspection guy doing his thing. Icing on the cake they washed my car for me.
