Got my 1 year/10k service with an oil change. Everything was smooth. I got a nice Cayenne loaner and picked my car up the same day. Oil was topped up perfectly. Shout out to Nabil as my service manager who made sure I was taken care of.
Another outstanding service received from Porsche at Tysons. I texted Elmer, my Service Advisor and he scheduled my Cayenne for yearly maintenance with the date and time that worked for me. Elemer was knowledgeable as he thoroughly explained what is going to be done and provided options and requirements for the service.
