Awful experience. This is an AutoNation-owned dealership, and I’ve learned it’s best to avoid all of their locations. When I visited this one, there was no one to greet me - despite it being a Porsche dealership, where customers are often spending six figures on a car. They’re severely understaffed and operated by people who act like they’re doing you a favor - despite the fact that they’re the ones trying to sell you something. I had a wonderful experience at Porsche Hunt Valley☺️ I scheduled to have my brakes done and opted in for a loaner. My advisor was Melodie and she was super informative and transparent along the way. I loved receiving a video from my technician who was repairing my car letting me know what work I may have needed done.
