Tom is amazing. He was and is very attentive to my needs. He kept me informed of when my car would be ready. When I did pick up my car, I thought I was in a brand new car. Very clean inside and out. Riding on my brand new tires was very smooth. I had some good coffee in the lounge…lol. A+ all the way around.
Helpful and professional. My advisor was knowledgeable and nice. I waited in the lounge area and it was quiet and customer friendly.
Melodie was very sharp in describing all of the issues with my vehicle and exercised patience when I was dealing with the poor customer service with State Farm. My 2015 Panamera GTS has continued to be in great working order thanks to Porsche Conshohocken and now Porsche Hunt Valley after I have transitioned from PA to MD.
