Tom, my service manager, was incredibly helpful and took exceptional care of me and my car. Prompt and thorough communication. I had difficulty with the Porsche roadside towing service and was incredibly frustrated by the time my car finally made it to the service center; but Tom helped ease these frustrations with his attention to the situation.
