Great Experience I recently bought a brand new 911 from Porsche of Stevens Creek , and the service I recieved was top notch. I got a very good deal and I must say that this is the friendliest dealership I can remember ever being in. It was also the quickest car purchase I have ever made. I have had my car in for service and my experience with service was equal to the sales experience. My top rating to Stevens Creek Porsche.
Donna The cars are fun but the service comes with a price. That's to be expected I suppose of a foreign performance vehicle. Service has been able to get us in when needed and gets repairs done in a fairly timely manner. Again, be prepared for hefty service and maint. costs...although not needed very frequently as Carrera is darn reliable and fun to drive!
okay, better deals elsewhere I went here with my family when shopping for a Carrera several years ago. They had a good selection of cars but I found the service to be slightly lacking and the prices were a bit higher than at the Fremont Auto Mall. I went by myself to get brochures and they hardly paid me any heed (I look young)
Less than satisfactory customer service I took my car to Porsche of Stevens Creek to be serviced and in and it caught fire while it was in their care. They say they are not responsible. The GM apologized for agreeing to work on my car. They never offered me a car to drive while we sorted this all out. They and their insurance refused to work with me directly.
