Super easy out of state cash deal involving transport. Deal making process was easy. Went off without a hitch. Good inventory and fair price. Deal took less than a week from initial call to car in driveway. Would do business again.
The Service department is the worst I've ever dealt with in my entire life! BUYER BEWARE!!! One star is far too generous.
NEVER did we think a PORSCHE dealership would have such poor service. We purchased our vehicle in December of 2024 and today, February 15 2025 we are still without a properly registered vehicle. Short story: the sales practices here are dishonest, unethical, and lacking of any accountability. Despite having a deposit and contract on a car here, they sold the car out from under me, without communicating with me. They sold a car I had signed docs on, and given a $1000 deposit, to another party.... really. No accountability from Nic D the sales person. Purchased a new 2025 Panamera last November. Everything's smooth, Josh and Bryan are kind and helpful. I didn't make a customize order, instead, I bought the car in stock which have a 21 inch wheel. It looks nice but notice that the tires fits this size's wheel are easier to get flattened. My car got flat tire after 3 month of the purchase, and we let the Porsche service center to fix it. Due to some issue of the logistic company, the delivery of new tire was delayed, and Porsche make the new tire for free as an compensate.
