Can’t get anyone to pickup phone and tell status. Even with appointment they don’t inspect car for days. Gone significantly down hill over the years
Went for oil change and inspection. Was to wait 6 hours. Had to call numerous times for updates. Finally we were told the car was being detailed and would be ready shortly. When arrived to the center to pick it up , it wasn’t detailed, it was dirtier than how we left it. It is only a year old and garage kept with 4500 miles. It was very disappointing on how we were treated. I would have expected better for my Porsche. Will not be returning for service.
