We had an excellent experience at Porsche South Shore from beginning to end. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Gary greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel welcome. This is the only facility on Long Island that I will use to service my Diesel Cayenne. They have always done an excellent job. PopEvery single person I encountered at the facility greeted me and asked if they could help me. I needed service on my Diesei Cayenne which is not that common a vehicle. All of the issues with my Cayenne were fixed in a timely manner by a very knowledgeable and professional technician, Frankie. I called and reached out to them as my lease was expiring. I was paired with Alexander Bowen and we spoke and texted over the phone about an specific Cayenne. Within a week, the trade was done and my family and I swapped a Macan, and drove away in a Cayenne. Alex was great from the beginning, he was responsive and caring and went the extra mile for my kids to be happy.
We were fortunate to find the car of my husband’s dreams at Porsche South Shore. As importantly (or maybe more importantly) we had a magnificent salesperson named Anna. Anna was our saleswoman and she was truly incredible! We arrived slightly late for our noon appointment and ended up being there all day. Anna stayed with us all the way till 8:30 pm. She made this experience exceptional and I’d recommend Anna to everyone and anyone looking for a Porsche.
