I got a huge screw stuck in my tire driving from San Antonio to Austin. I called Porsche road side assistance and they came and towed my Cayenne to the south Austin service center. It came in after hours and was ready by noon the next day. They made the whole experience super easy and stress free. They even changed my oil and washed the car. This is exactly why I got the tire and wheel protection and the whole experience was seamless.
I brought my 2023 Porsche Macan in for an oil change as indicated on the dash. It has 20K miles on it. I was told by the service department that it HAD to have a 3 year/30K mile service, even with the 10K lower mileage. When I called to make the appointment, 30K mile service wasn't mentioned and neither was the price which ended up being $1555. This is an oil change, new spark plugs and a check list. Seriously, they just lost my business.
